Bluebeam FAQ

  • How will I get my license keys?

    • As soon as your order is processed, you will receive your license keys via email directly from Bluebeam. This email will come from (be aware that sometimes these emails may go to your spam folder).

  • Where can I download my software?

    • Your confirmation emails from Bluebeam and Bohdee will include a download link for your software. You can also download any version of Bluebeam software from their downloads page here.

  • How long will it take for my order to be processed?

    • Typical turnaround time is one business day (excluding holidays). Bluebeam does not process orders over the weekend.

  • I already own seats of Bluebeam Revu. Do these count towards my discount?

    • Bluebeam's volume discounts are only offered on a per-transaction basis. This means only the quantity you are purchasing in one order will be counted towards your discount tier.

  • What countries do you sell to?

    • We currently serve customers globally.  All prices listed on the website are for customers in the US and Canada.  Purchasing from another country?  No problem, just email us for a quote.

  • Which Revu licenses am I able to upgrade?

    • You can upgrade from any prior version, regardless of how old or which type (Standard, CAD, eXtreme). Your upgrade pricing will also be the same regardless of which version you are upgrading from.

  • Can I purchase older versions of Revu?

    • Yes. If you have an existing license on an older version, you can add new seats onto it. Make sure to specify the serial number we are adding to when you order. The pricing will be the same as the current version.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    • We will happily exchange or refund any product purchased from Bohdee if a request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.  In order for us to process your return, please follow these steps to Unregister the product:

  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet. If you are offline, you will not be able to unregister your license key and the Bluebeam representative will not be able to process your refund.
  2. Unregister the product you wish to exchange or return:
    • Go to Programs > Bluebeam Software > Bluebeam Administrator and select the Tools menu. Click Unregister to release your license key.
    - OR -
    • Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and select Bluebeam PDF Solutions v.x.x.x. from the list. Follow the steps to completely uninstall the product, and your license key will be released automatically.
  3. Contact with the following information:
    • Your name, email and phone number
    • The product you're returning
    • The serial number
    • The reason for the return
    • The purchase price
    • Once we process your return, Bluebeam Software will verify that your license is not in use, void your license certificate, and process your refund within one business day.

    • Funds are typically posted back to your purchasing credit card within 5-7 business days.
